Firm Overview

Clint Smith graduated from Arizona State University's law school in 1985. He first formed his own firm in 1987, and has been focusing on bankruptcy law in Mesa since that time. We practice exclusively in financial matters. Mr. Smith represents bankruptcy Trustees and creditors, and has positive working relationships with the courts, attorneys and trustees in the Phoenix Bankruptcy Court. This experience and these relationships benefit our clients who file bankruptcy petitions, and creditor clients alike.
